Welcome to Bonnie Reid Hair. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

Bonnie Reid Hair is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from services where the client has not disclosed relevant medical conditions or allergies. We take care to use quality products and follow professional standards.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
